DigitalOcean confirmed an issue on LON1, NYC1, NYC3, SFO2, SFO3, AMS3, and FRA1 regions:
One of our providers, DigitalOcean, is having issues on the London area. We're currently working on fixing the issue.
The public API is reachable once again. Our team will keep monitoring traffic in the upcoming hours.
Our API endpoints (https://api.callbell.eu) are currently not reachable. Webhooks are not impacted by this and are working normally. We are currently investigating this incident.
